The terms and conditions of this website will here-after be referred to as “Last-minute-flights-deals User Agreement” or “Agreement”. This Agreement governs the right of usage of this website only and none of its affiliates. It is a legal contract between the website and its users, violation of which will be dealt with the respective authorities. You hereby acknowledge that you accept to these terms by making use of the website and its services. We may amend the Agreement at our own discretion. If you do not agree to the Agreement or the amendments, then do not make use of this website or its contents.

We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in information found on our website as we rely upon our travel partners for such information. This website is not intended for commercial use and meant only for personal travel related reservations and ticket purchases. All communications made via the website should be appropriate and lawful. All intellectual properties are owned by the website and any misuse or abuse of these will lead to legal consequences.
We do not claim warranties to any of the services or products found on the website. We do not guarantee the accuracy and consistency of the data displayed on our website as it has to be directly dealt with the travel provider.
The price of the products have many contributing attributes such as tax, exchange rates, etc. The website does not set the price as it is directly related to the airline. We only facilitate a booking or reservation on your behalf and will not be financially liable for the choices made by you. The airfare displayed on the website will be in USD and for international bookings the applicable exchange rates will be calculated.
You can make a cancellation by directly calling the customer support team of the website if the booking is less than 24 hours old and if you have not already made a payment for it. Else the case will have to be directly dealt with the airline. There may be price variations in the fare post reservation, in which case the passenger has the right of cancellation provided a payment has not been made. The cancellation charges will apply along with a processing fee. The refund process is dependent on the rules and policies of the different airlines and has been elucidated in the coming section.
A refund request will be entertained if and only if the following conditions are satisfied. 1. Traveler has applied for a cancellation with refund and there is a provision for the same by the airline. 2. Traveler should have applied for the cancellation prior to the departure date and time. 3. Waivers are obtained by the website from the airline to process the cancellation and facilitate a refund. The refund requests are taken up in a sequential order and the processing time will vary with each airline.
If a refund has been approved by the airline, then a credit is issued in the name of the passenger which ought to be used within a timeframe and with the same airline. Transfer of the credit to some other passenger is not possible.
CHANGES IN THE TICKET
Name changes and other detail changes will not be entertained in the case of an air ticket. This is for security reasons. If you wish to change any detail however big or small, you will have to cancel the initial booking and make a new booking with the correct details in place, which is subject to availability.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
You hereby authorize our website to make use of your card information for making a purchase on your behalf. In this case, the purchase will be an air ticket and the details will not be used for charging anything extra. To complete the transaction we may require additional authentication information such as the One Time Password (OTP).The price displayed on the purchase screen is inclusive of all applicable taxes and will be the amount charged on your card. In order to maintain the integrity of our services, we make a cross verification of the details provided by you such as name, contact details and card details with a third-party database or directly with the card issuing bank. Your credit rating will not be affected by this process.The information shared with us will be shared with a Credit Reference Agency which will store your details either completely or partially.
It is common to make a reservation or booking on behalf of someone else. While doing so, make sure that the details provided are up to date and accurate. Any misrepresentations or omissions will be taken as an abuse of these terms. Additionally, you will bear any financial responsibility related to the booking and we do not stand guarantee in any matter whatsoever.
BAGGAGE POLICY AND FEES
The baggage policy of individual airlines are applicable wherever necessary. In general, the airfare is exclusive of any baggage fee unless expressly stated. Each airline has a specified upper limit set for passengers’ baggage. Any baggage found to be in excess of that limit will either be charged an extra amount or may be asked to reduce the weight to the set limit. The baggage fee varies from one operator to another and may be in the range between $15 and $200. The website does not have any say in this matter. Kindly call the airline in advance to know of any extra charges that are applicable.
PASSPORTS/VISAS/GOVT. ISSUED PHOTO ID/HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
For an international journey to any country across the globe you will need to carry your passport with a valid visa and a government issued ID. They may be required to be submitted in your hotel of stay or required for a hassle free security check in other countries. The living standards and food habits in the country of your stay may be in extreme contrast to what you may find at home. So be prepared and adequately packed to encounter any adversities. A health certificate is mandatory to all travelers making an entry into the United States. So make sure to go through the entry requirements with the consulate of the respective countries. If you are detained or deported by a country, then it is solely your liability and you do not have any right to request for a refund. Similarly if there is a no show or delayed boarding from the passenger’s side they will forfeit the entire fare amount.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR UNITED STATES
The Homeland Security Department of the United States of America has laid down certain new laws for entry into the United States by air. These laws are effective from January 23rd,2007 and have been in effect till date. To further know about the restrictions kindly refer to the department’s website. While making an international journey, all American and Canadian citizens are required to fly with their passports. For they may be denied entry into certain countries without their passports and in some cases may even be deported. Additionally people coming from any part of the world should make sure that their passports have a validity of more than six months while entering into the United States for a stress free Immigration.
If any dispute arises between the customer and Last-minute-flights-deals, then kindly contact our office at (toll-free number) or e-mail us at (e-mail ID) to resolve the dispute in a fair, quick and cost-effective manner. Otherwise, the website will resolve any claim, controversy or dispute arising from the use of the site, the site’s terms and conditions, or the breach, interpretation, termination, enforcement or validity thereof, or the relationship between the customer and the website, in accordance with the subsections below or as otherwise mutually agreed by both the parties in writing.
SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION; GOVERNING LAW
The above mentioned terms and conditions and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, exclusive of conflict of choice of law rules. The customer agrees that any claims shall be brought into a court located in Hillsborough County, Florida, United states of America. All claims must be brought to court within two (2) years from the date on which such claim arose or accrued, unless otherwise prohibited by the applicable law.
FILING CLAIMS IN AN IMPROPER MANNER
The Claims brought against the website must be resolved in accordance with the “Dispute Resolution” section. All Claims that do not conform to this section shall be considered improperly filed and void. If the customer’s Claim is not in accordance with this section, then the website may recover from the customer the attorney fees on behalf of the website and is extremely expensive, provided that the website will notify the customer in writing that the Claim was improperly filed, and the customer should promptly withdraw the Claim.
